ActiveRecord::RecordNotSaved

This error usually occurs when a user is created within the WESS (Exchange Sync) configuration database prior to creating the user in Workbooks. To resolve this, a Workbooks system admin will need to follow these steps:

1. Click Start.

 

2. Click “Configuration”

 

 

3. Click “Email Integrations”

 

 

4. Click “Exchange Sync”

 

 

5. Click the “Configuration” tab

 

 

6. Click “Users”

 

 

7. Find the User in question and click the three dots at the far right of the row > Then click Delete.

 

 

8. Click the “Users” tab > Find the User in question and if they still appear in this list, delete the User from this list.

 

 

9. Once done, please navigate back to Users and Security > Users > Find the User profile in question > Add the Exchange Sync licence and it should save without any issues.
