Removing ON24 Accounts

An ON24 Account can be removed from Workbooks to stop users from synchronising Webcasts to that account. From Configuration > Email & Integration > ON24, select an authenticated account, then click Continue.

The Token Name, Client Id, Token Key & Secret are shown on the next screen. Click Delete Account to remove the authorisation.

If the Workbooks database has Events that are synchronised with ON24, you cannot remove the account whilst the Webcast is Active.

To find Events that are linked to the selected account, go to Start > Marketing > Events. Add a filter as follows:

  • Event Type = Webcast
  • Status = Active
  • ON24 Account = Token Name
