Sync Prospects/Accounts/Opportunities from Outreach to Workbooks
Syncing Prospects from Outreach to Workbooks
Not only does the integration support the Workbooks to Outreach sync, but it also syncs Prospects, Accounts, Opportunities and Tasks from Outreach to Workbooks. In Outreach, you can create Prospects which will synchronise information automatically to Workbooks via the Scheduled Process called Outreach Send/Receive. This automated process is created via the plugin installation. Both newly created, and recently updated Prospect records are synchronised to Workbooks.
If a new person is created/updated in Workbooks, the corresponding fields as per this page from Outreach will sync back to Workbooks and stored against the person record.
A Prospect from Outreach is synced to Workbooks if the following conditions are met:

Outreach Duplicate | Equal To (=) | FALSE |

Syncing Accounts from Outreach to Workbooks
Accounts in Outreach are synchronised back to Workbooks as Organisations via the Scheduled Process called Outreach Send/Receive. This automated process is created via the plugin installation. Both newly created, and recently updated Account record are synchronised to Workbooks.
If a new Organisation is created/updated in Workbooks, the corresponding fields as per this page from outreach will sync back to Workbooks and stored against the organisation record.
The conditions listed above need to be met for Accounts in Outreach to Sync back to Workbooks.
Syncing Opportunities from Outreach to Workbooks
Opportunities in Outreach are synchronised back to Workbooks Opportunities via the Scheduled Process called Outreach Send/Receive. This automated process is created via the plugin installation. Both newly created, and recently updated Opportunity record are synchronised to Workbooks.
If a new Opportunity is created/updated in Workbooks, the corresponding fields as per this page from outreach will sync back to Workbooks and stored against the Opportunity record.
The conditions listed above need to be met for Opportunities in Outreach to sync back to Workbooks.
If you add prospects to opportunities in Outreach after synching, the integration will synchronise the newly added Prospects to Workbooks and relate them. Similarly, if you add Prospects to Accounts in Outreach, these will synchronise to the related Organisation in Workbooks.
